Work Hours will vary based on workload:
1st shift: Monday – Friday: 6am – 3:30pm
2nd shift: Monday – Thursday 3:00pm – 12:00am and Friday Noon – 6pm


Entry Level Production Positions1st and 2nd shift; Various duties that include sanding, puttying and off loading product from machine to cart.
2nd shift Machine Operator, Assemblers, and Sanders; Tasks may involve the use of sanders, nail gun, set up and operate woodworking machines such as routers, shapers, saws to cut and/or shape components into finished goods.
2nd shift Sprayer;  Use a spray gun to apply stain, sealer or topcoat to cabinet and door products. Use sandpaper and other instruments to sand off rough spots and to rub stain into the grain. Maintain Quality standards on all products. Previous experience with finishing materials, spray equipment, and spray applications would be preferred.
Line Work; 1st shift, Load and unload various size cabinet products on and off carts. Maintain line efficiency and product quality. Use sandpaper and other instruments to sand off rough spots and to rub stain into the grain. Use air hose to blow off dust on product. Must be physically able to raise and lower objects from one level to another.
Job Requirements:  Experience in woodworking, operating power and hand tools, woodworking machines or wood finishing would be helpful but not necessary for all positions. Must be able to read various measurements on paperwork and tape measure. Basic math skills working with fractions and measurements is needed for some positions. Candidate must have the ability to understand and follow written and verbal work orders. Observe safety rules and perform tasks in a safe manner.
Work involves standing for extended periods of time and physical/ repetitive activities that require considerable use of arms and legs, such a lifting, stooping and material handling.
Competitive starting pay $13 – $15/hour will be based on qualifications and position.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

SEVILLE CABINETRY (a Division of Valley Cabinet Inc.) is a custom cabinet manufacturer located in  De Pere, Wisconsin. We work with dealerships throughout the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. Visit our website at SevilleCabinetry.com.
This position will be responsible to provide service to our customers (Dealers, Designers, and Sales Representative) through timely and accurate entry of the sales orders.

  • Service our customers by phone, email, and fax to provide product information, process orders, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Complete the full order process; adjustments, changes, custom modifications, and pricing. Create drawings using CabinetVision for custom cabinets.
  • Verifying order items, deliveries dates, and assure proper invoicing.
  • Build professional relationship with Dealers, Designers, and Sales representative.
  • Complete, maintain and process paperwork and records
  • You will need to be responsive in a timely manner. Communicate with a clear, easy-to-understand way.

Ideal candidate will need to learn on the job and be open to learning about the product (Cabinetry) and design concepts while assisting our customers

Qualifications: Experience in the cabinet industry and/or using cabinet design software would be a plus. 3 – 5 years of experience working in an office environment. Strong technical aptitude. Strong organization and time management skills. Confidence
