Beauty is in the details...

Our French Mitered Doors and Drawer Fronts provide the look of an applied molding door with the flexibility of a traditional cope and stick door. The inside profile detail is integrated into the stiles and rails. This provides a more refined appearance with superior structural integrity.

Construction:
Our French Mitered joints are constructed using a blind mortise and tenon that is 3⁄8" thick by 1⁄2" deep. The width of the mortise and tenon will vary depending on the frame width of the door or drawer front. Due to the manufacturing process, the frames will finish out 1⁄16" less in width then what is noted in the profile number.

KEY ADVANTAGES:

  • Standard frame widths on doors vary from 2-1⁄4″ to 3″ depending on frame style
  • Standard frame width on drawer fronts is 1-3⁄4″
  • Open frames for glass or mullions are available in all French Mitered door styles
